RS again~ I love the paopu scenario so much. Riku was so sly, always gave Sora hints by doing odd things. The Paopu was the best example. Pity Shy Sora throwed it away immediatly.

Well, I have to explain. I think Riku gave Sora the Paopu to imply something. He thought Sora had feelings for Kairi and Kairi liked Sora as well. Kairi even told Sora to leave the island together without Riku. She said Riku has changed. I felt furious at that point. But Sora acted so well. He replied it was Kairi that has change. Riku must go with them

And when the darkness storm came, Riku offered his hands out to Sora. He wanna go to explore the new world and take Sora with him. Sora was still caring for Kairi. Riku just soothed him that Kairi was OK and she would go with them. I bet if Sora caught that hand, KH would be a true BL adventure game I knew Riku fight against Sora for Kairi. But think it over, What Riku truely wants is not Kairi. It's Sora's attention. Sora and Kairi have the tendency to be a pair. If Riku did nothing, he would be left out. The proposal said before was a good example. Riku is a wise kid. He knows he is stronger, that's his superioty. So he made good use of that.
Meanwhile this is the stupidity of Riku too, Sora is too innocent to read his subtle metaphor. That ended in a long term fight....
